On December 21, 2011 at approximately 1:30 pm, Hendersonville Police responded to a reported strong arm robbery on Township Court at Township Dr. A twenty-one year old female reported that she was walking when approached by two Hispanic males in a vehicle, one of which asked for directions.

On December 21, 2011 at approximately 5:17am someone entered the Hoppity Hop Inflatable Play Center and stole cash from the cash register. The suspect appears to be a w/m, short cropped or balding hair, two tone hoodie, jeans and tennis shoes. On December 18, 2011, MPO Fentress of the Hendersonville Police Department
investigated a shoplifting that occurred at Wal-Mart, 204 N. Anderson Lane. Jim
Montero and Lila Marie Pearl were taken into custody for shoplifting. Montero was
stopped coming from the men’s room with two video games secreted inside his pants.

A Sumner County Grand Jury returned an indictment Tuesday charging former Hendersonville resident Tyrone Tackett, 40, with the first-degree murder of his wife Salena Tackett.
Tackett has been in the Sumner County Jail on a $1 million bond since July on a solicitation to commit murder charge.
